Calx Renders Ltd. are regularly featured in the press. Locally, Nationally, and Internationally. Over the years Damien has nurtured the business relationships he's made through his studies and work in Ireland, the UK and France. He is passionate about sharing knowledge amongst his peers particularly keeping traditional methods of working alive that have never been written down. Damien is available for talks and presentations and also submits written articles for various publications. Calx Restoration is very proud of the role it plays in the conservation of our built heritage and the preservation of ancient techniques and ways of working.

Picture from our Visit to the Saint Astier Natural Hydraulic Lime factory. We had discussions with the with the technical staff. A tour of the underground mine, vertical shaft kilns and production facilities, followed by demonstrations of materials.
